Intelligent Battery Monitoring System is a kind of 2V Lead-acid Battery Maintenance Service and Management products. Mainly used for on-line monitoring, balancing management and intelligent maintenance of 2V (2V/500AH and below) lead-acid battery pack in backup power supply of communication base station, power system and other industries. The Battery Maintenance System monitors the cell voltage, temperature, internal resistance, battery pack voltage and current on-line and in real-time, realizes the battery non-destructive repair and balanced management, greatly improves the battery's performance.
Since the Battery Remote Monitoring System is integrated with Base Site Battery Protector System, The real-time improvement of the battery equalization and small pulse desulfation maintenance, lead to the battery lifespan extended up to 2 times. Meanwhile, monitor battery's State-Of- Health(SOH)in real time to make sure keeping the back up power system always safe and uptime. The 2V Intelligent Battery Monitoring System adopts a inspection module for each battery analysis and monitoring. Through the wireless communication technology, every single battery's SOH data collected by monitor is concentrated into the data box module. The data box module is used to collect the battery's voltage, temperature, internal resistance and current simultaneously. Then transmit all the data to the monitoring host which can do data displaying, analysis, storage, and alarming as soon as abnormal.
It is used for 6V battery pack in series by 3 PCS 2V/100~500Ah Cells; Or 4V battery pack in series by 2 PCS 2V/100~500Ah Cells
Data Analysis & Comparison: Battery Management System automatically stores the battery's data of each time period and helps the management personnel to know timely the performance of each single battery via the strong data analysis & comparison function.
How our Battery Remote Monitor IOT works? it is comprised of 3 base hardware devices and 1 software operation system. The monitor parts connected with batteries pack and reliably reports battery State-Of-Health(SOH) to the software platform. Wirelessly enables these monitoring hardware to connect and exchange data with users in working to control the batteries status in real time.
The system is comprised of the management layer, data communication layer and data collection layer.
Management layer: Formed by the server system, management terminal and the link, the management layer is used to detect remotely the working status of each battery pack, master timely the status and performance indexes of the single battery, analyze the battery's performance status and conduct the intelligent charging management and battery maintenance management according to the battery status; in the meantime, it can make the data statement according to the battery data so as to compare and improve the battery management efficiency and effect, thus reducing the operation risks.
Data communication layer: Formed mainly by the networking transmission equipment, the data communication layer interlinks the data communication and transmission between the data center and each battery device via the data network or GRPS, etc.
Data collection layer: The data collection layer mainly includes the battery's intelligent maintenance management equipment terminal. It is used to collect the data of the battery pack like voltage, current, internal resistance and accept the orders from the data center to manage the charging of the single battery and detect, maintain and repair the battery pack.
